Key responsibilities:
Sales sorcery:
- Prospecting potions: Identify and enchant potential veterinary clinic clients through various channels, including cold calling, email spells, industry events, and online divination.
- Needs assessments: Conduct magical consultations to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each potential client.
- Demos and enchantments: Deliver spellbinding product demonstrations and presentations to showcase VidiVet’s benefits.
- Pipeline alchemy: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and client interactions using CRM wizardry (Pipedrive).
- Negotiation and deals: Close sales deals with the finesse of a seasoned sorcerer, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Strategic spells: Collaborate with the marketing coven to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Industry insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to keep our solutions enchantingly effective.
Customer success magic:
- Client onboarding: Guide new clients through the mystical implementation process, ensuring a seamless enchantment into our software.
- Ongoing support: Provide magical assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively through various channels (phone, email, chat spells).
- Client check-ins: Perform regular check-ins and business divinations with clients to ensure they are conjuring the maximum value from our software.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, magical bonds with clients, acting as their primary sorcerer and trusted advisor.
- Upselling opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional potions and charms that align with clients’ needs and goals.
- Feedback and innovation: Gather and relay client feedback to the product development coven to help shape future spell enhancements.
- Training and resources: Create and deliver engaging training grimoires, webinars, and resources to help clients become spellbinding users of our software.
- Client health monitoring: Keep a magical eye on client satisfaction metrics and proactively address any potential curses or issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer success, preferably within the enchanted realms of veterinary or software industries (minimum 2 years casting spells in the industry).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal charm skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a magical team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM spellbooks (ideally Pipedrive) and the Google suite of charms.
- A deep understanding of the veterinary industry and its unique challenges and opportunities is a powerful plus.
