VidiVet founder Ben has been working in vets since he was 14 years old. There isn’t much he hasn’t seen in his career, but his one passion has always remained the same. Helping pets and their people. It is no secret that trips to the vets can be expensive, but what worried Ben was how many people had received bad information, or had to take trips to the vets unnecessarily-or the flip side, those that waited for too long to go because of the fear of the outcomes. He wanted to make it easier for owners to get access to veterinary expertise no matter what the time of day, or their circumstances. No matter how many pets your have, how many problems they have, how many questions or worries you have about them, VidiVet was built with you, your convenience, affordability and peace of mind at our very core! When his own pets get sick, Ben has the fortune of all of his knowledge and network of vets and nurses who can help him. In 2019, his Labrador Max got sick quite quickly. Ben was able to call on so many of his colleagues and contacts, but sadly there was nothing that could be done. Max passed away on 22nd November 2019. In the aftermath of this, Ben wanted to make sure every pet parent had access to support like this 24/7 so that is what shaped VidiVet. For everything from questions about grooming, to emergencies in the middle of the night: we are here for you!His mantra is simple-he would trust all of the vets and nurses who work at VidiVet to treat his own pets, so he trusts them.
